 Get ready for an evening of community, kindness & connection with STARS families and friends! Fall Fest will feature inflatables, carnival games, face painting, hayride, petting zoo, cotton candy, 360 photobooth, music, food trucks, classroom raffle baskets, a silent auction, and more!

 Every person attending Fall Fest must have a ticket and will receive a wristband at check-in. 

Student Admission Child Admission• $15 per child 

3+ children — $13.50 per child (10% discount automatically applied) 

Adult Admission — $5 

Children age 3 & under — FREE Please select the appropriate number of tickets for everyone in your immediate family attending Fall Fest. 

STARS faculty and staff receive complimentary admission. Registered Fall Fest volunteers will also receive one complimentary admission for themselves when they check in for their scheduled shift. 

Physical admission tickets will not be distributed in advance. After purchasing, you will receive a QR code for your order. When you arrive at Fall Fest, visit the Will Call/Pre-Purchased Ticket line and either: 

Have your QR code ready to be scanned, or 

Provide the name and ID used to purchase your tickets. Once checked in, your party will receive their admission wristbands and any pre-purchased raffle tickets. 

Every attendee must wear a Fall Fest wristband while at the event. For the safety and security of our students and families, anyone inside the event without a wristband will be directed to check in or asked to leave. A law enforcement officer will be on site throughout the event as part of our event safety plan. 

PTO photos and videos may be shared on our social media, website, and event materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please select “No” on the photo-permission question at checkout and notify check-in staff upon arrival so you and/or your children can receive a different wristband identifying your photo preference.

1 Raffle Ticket — $1 

1 Sheet — $20 (25 Raffle Tickets)

Raffle tickets can be used for our classroom and donation raffle baskets at Fall Fest. Additional raffle tickets will also be available for purchase during the event.

 We want every STARS family to be able to join us! If the cost of admission would prevent your family from attending, complimentary Community Tickets will be available privately through the school. Please reach out to the school to inquire.

Families can also help another STARS family attend by contributing to our Community Ticket Fund at checkout.

 Fall Fest is a PTO fundraiser, and proceeds directly support STARS students through Teacher Mini Grants, helping our teachers create engaging learning environments and provide meaningful resources and experiences for their students. 

This is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year. It also takes the most amount of volunteer time. We would love your help please email starscharterpto@gmail.com and our Fall Fest Chair will be in touch with you. We have many opportunities.
