Rent the spirit rock
To rent the STARS Spirit Rock:
1. Read over the Terms & Conditions listed below.
2. If you agree to the Terms & Conditions, click below "Spirt Rock All Weeks" then select your week of choice and pay.
Note: You will not receive any reminders. Please keep track of your week.
If you do not see the week you are interested in, it has already been reserved.
Q & A
1. How long is the rental?
A: 1 week from Saturday-Friday
2. How early can I rent?
A: Now. Sign up is First come, First Serve.
3. Where do the Spirit Rock funds go?
A: The general PTO fund that can be used for a variety of PTO-related purposes.
4. Which side of the rock is available? Only the ONE side is rentable (facing toward the parking lot - building 3). The other side is for the admin & teachers.
5. I don't see my week available. What can I do?
Sorry, that week is sold out. Please look for an alternative date. Some weeks will not show up because they were booked in our older system. Other weeks will not show up because they are when school is out of session. You can rent it and surprise them for a random time- or let them help you decorate it for a week that is available celebrating big wins, upcoming auditions or shows or just telling your student they "rock."
6. Why can't we rent for one day or 1/2 week?
Because of the proximity of the parking spots next to the rock that is available for non staff to reserve, the school asked us to only allow painting of that side on the weekends. This limits our ability to do half week or daily reservations at this time.
7. How can we rent the other side of the rock faced toward the main entrance? The other side is for teachers, staff or PTO to use for special events or announcements during the year. There is no cost for staff to reserve it.
